The personal data necessary for the execution of payments are transmitted to the processor Maksekeskus AS.
The contract enters into force when the amount due is credited to the online shop’s bank account.
If we are unable to deliver the ordered goods due to out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including shipping costs) will be refunded immediately, but not later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the notification.

Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.
All shipments in Europe generally arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 3-7 working days from the date of entry into force of the sales contract. All shipments outside Europe are guaranteed to arrive within 28 calendar days. In exceptional cases, we have the right to dispatch the goods within up to 45 calendar days.
Right of withdrawal
After receipt of the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract with the e-shop within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the purchaser is a legal person.
To exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, you must not use the goods you have ordered in any way other than what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, in the same way as if you had been allowed to test the goods in an actual shop.
If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to ensure the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, or if there are signs of use or wear and tear, the online shop is entitled to reduce the amount refundable in proportion to the reduction in the value of the goods.
In order to return the goods, you must submit a cancellation request (the form for which can be found here: insert link to the cancellation request) to the following e-mail address within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
The Buyer bears the cost of returning the goods, unless the reason for the return is that the returned product does not correspond to the order (e.g. wrong or defective product).
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of the date of the withdrawal declaration or provide proof that he has handed them over to the carrier within the aforementioned period.
After receipt of the returned goods, the online shop will immediately, but no later than 14 days, refund to the buyer all payments received from the buyer under the contract.
The online shop has the right to refuse the return until the receipt of the returned goods or until the buyer has provided proof of return of the products, whichever occurs first.
If the buyer has clearly chosen a different delivery method from the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the online shop, the shop is not obliged to reimburse any costs exceeding the standard delivery costs.
The online shop has the right to withdraw from the sale and demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods indicated in the online shop is significantly lower than the market price of the goods due to a mistake.
Defective goods
The online shop is liable for the non-conformity of the goods sold to the buyer with the terms of the contract or for defects that already existed at the time of delivery and become apparent within two years of the delivery of the goods to the buyer. During the first year of delivery, the defect is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery. The onus is on the online shop to prove otherwise.
The purchaser has the right to contact the e-shop within two months of the occurrence of a defect by e-mail (info@jewelleryforpeople.com or by phone (+37259086003).
The online shop is not liable for defects that occur after the goods have been delivered to the buyer.
If goods purchased from the online shop have defects for which the online shop is responsible, the online shop will repair or replace the defective goods. If it is not possible to repair or replace the goods, the online shop will refund the buyer any payments made under the sales contract.
The online shop will respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
Direct marketing and processing of personal data
The online shop uses the personal data provided by the buyer only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer.
The online shop sends newsletters and offers to the buyer’s e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed his/her wish to receive them by entering his/her e-mail address on the website and indicating his/her wish to receive direct mail.
Buyers can opt out of receiving offers and newsletters sent to their email address at any time by notifying us by email or by following the instructions in the email containing the offer.

If the buyer and the online shop are unable to settle the dispute amicably, the buyer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Committee.
The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to settle disputes arising from a contract between the buyer and the online shop.
The Consumer Disputes Committee’s dispute resolution service is free of charge for the buyer.
The buyer can also turn to the European Union’s dispute settlement bodies.
